AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,000.00 FOR
THE USE BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
SAFETY FOR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH
THE CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION OF THE FOUND-
ING OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. The sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the Municipal
City of South Bend, Indiana, for the purpose of providing ex-
penses in connection with the Centennial Celebration of the
Founding of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Said sum is appro-
priated to the Board of Public Works and Safety for such use.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall
effect after its adoption by the Common
