AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
KATHRYN L. BLOUGH
CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing
the zoning classification of the following described property
from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to
"A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:
The southerly 190 feet of Lot 34, the southerly
120 feet of lots 33, 32 and 31 of Kaley 2nd Ist &2nd READING(' C
Lincoln Way Addition; Lots 13, 14 and 17 -28 COWN"ITTEE OF THE

Gentlemen:
The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to
rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District the property generally being bounded on the East
by Olive Street and the 1st north -south alley West of
Olive Street, on the West by Eclipse Place and Meade
Street, on the North by the rear lot lines of lots
fronting on Bonds Avenue, and on the South by Bonds Avenue
and Westmoor Street was legally advertised under date of
May 24, 1965 and given public hearing on June 3, 1965.
The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found
that the predominant use in the subject area
is single family residential. It was there-
fore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously
carried that the petition be recommended
favorably to the Council.
