AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING JUN 9 IMF, ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 KATHRYN L. BLOUGH CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "C" Commercial Use and "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 27 -53 inclusive, lots 56 -65 inclusive and lots 74 -81 inclusive and lots 90,81, and 92 of John H. Swygart's repl:at of lots in G. W. Swygart's 3rd Addition; lots 71,, 72, 73, 54 and 55 of Part of G. W. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the predominant use in the subject area is single family residential and that the proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the subject area.
