BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "D" Light Industrial Use and "B" Residential Use and "F" and "A" Height and Area District to "-A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 174 -196 inclusive, Lots 199 -223 inclusive, lots 226 -243 inclusive of Part of Olivers 2nd Addition Revised, lots 82 -89r inclusive of Part 161 &2nd READING Iv ��GS of John H. MURPHY.namsu mr omaoen The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "D" Light Industrial Use and "B" Residential Use and "F" & "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally being bounded on the East by McPherson Street, on the West by Walnut Street, on the North by the South Bend, St, Joseph and Southern Railroad and on the south by Indiana Avenue was legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given public hearing on June 3, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that of an apparent 81 lots, 76 appear to be used residentially (72 for single family dwellings, 2 for apartment buildings and two residential- commercial uses.).
