AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPIMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by
changing the zoning classification of the following described
property from rrA° Residential Use and rrA° Height and Area
District to "Brr Residential Use District and rrA" Height and
Area District:
Lots number 5 and 6 of the Charles Weidler first
addition being generally described as the north
west corner of the Miami. - Altgeld Streets inter-
section facing Miami..
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.

The attached petition of Elliott Frash, et al, was legally
advertised under date of April 26, 1965 and given public
hearing on May 6, 1965, The following action was taken:
After due consideration the Commission found
that the proposed change would be in the best
interest of the subject property and the
surrounding area. It was therefore duly moved,
seconded, and unanimously carried that the
petition be recommended favorably to the
Council.
