AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING Lathrop.
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning
the following recently annexed land "A" Residential Use and "A"
Height and Area District:
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.

A tract of land situated in the northwest one
quarter of Section 27, T38N, R2E, containing
29.84 acres, more or less, and described
hereinunder as follows: Beginning at a point
on the east -west centerline of said Section
27, which is 35 feet east of the southwest
corner of the northwest one quarter of said
Section 27, thence northerly along a line
35 feet east of and parallel to the center
line of Maple Road, which is also the west
line of said Section 27 for a distance of 660
feet, to the present city limits, thence
