AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning
the following described property "A" Residential Use and "A"
Height and Area District:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of
Section 31, T37N, R3E, more particularly described
as follows. Beginning at a point 400 feet South
of the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter
of said Section 31; thence East a distance of
523 feet on a line 400 feet south of and parallel
to the north line of said Section 31, to the
Northwest corner of the 4 -H Fairgrounds property;
thence South a distance of 837.5 feet along the
West property line of the Fairgrounds; thence
West a distance of 523 feet to the West line of

zone the following recently annexed land "A" Residential
Use and "A" Height and Area District:.
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of
Section 31, T37N, R3E, more particularly
described as follows, beginning at a point
400 feet south of the Northwest corner of
said Northeast Quarter of said Section-.31;
thence East a distance of 523 feet on a line
400 feet South of and parallel to the north
