NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. For the expenses of the Civil City Government, its various departments, funds, commissions, and institutions for the fiscal yeaz ending December 31, 2002, the following sums of money, as set forth in the attached budget which is made a part hereof, aze hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds hereinafter named, and for the purposes hereinafter specified, subject to the laws governing the same. The sums herein appropriated shall be deemed to include all expenditures authorized to be made in said year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated or provided by the laws. SECTION II. For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2002, there is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund and from Funds other than the General Fund, of said Ciry to wit: Park and Recreation Fund Park Recreation Non-Reverting Fund Special Events Fund Motor Vehicle Highway Fund Community and Economic Development Fund Human Rights -Federal Fund Local Roads and Streets Fund Liability liisurance & Premium Reserve Fund Self-Funded Employee Benefit Fund Central Services Fund Redevelopment Bond Fund (Studebaker) Redevelopment Bond Fund (College Football Hall of Fame) Football Hall of Fame (Transfer) County Option Income Tax Fund Cumulative Capital Development Fund Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund County Economic Development Income Tax Fund E.M.S. Capital Improvement Fund Park Department Non-Reverting Capital Fund Fire Pension Fund Police Pension Fund SECTION III.
