AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORTS AND JAMES B. CLOTT
AND SONS, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF WATER
MAIN PIPES AND FITTINGS IN THE SIFA OF
$111,215.00 AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
SOUTH BEND CITY WATER G+IORT;.S AND JAMES B. CLOW,
AND SONS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF MECHANICAL
JOINT GATE VALVES IN THE SUM OF $9,175.02.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
INDIANA: ,
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend
City Water Works and James B. Clow and Sons, Inc, on the 1st day
of June, 1966 for the purchase of the following water main pipes:

in the amount of $99,965.00 together with 10 tons of fittings in the
amount of $11,250.00 which is the total amount of $111,215.00, is
hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. That the contract entered into between the South Bend
City [dater Works and the James B. Clow and Sons, Inc. on the 1st day
of June, 1966 for the following mechanical joint gate valves:

SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
