NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: Section I. There shall be levied upon each One Hundred Dollars of Assessed Valuation of Taxable Property of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the fiscal year 2001 to be collected in the yeaz 2002 the following: For CORPORATION GENERAL FUND, the sum of $2.6937 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For PARK AND RECREATION FUND, the sum of $0.4492 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION FUND, the sum of $0.0838 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For POLICEMEN'S PENSION F[JND, the sum of $0.0751 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND, the sum of $0.15 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For REDEVELOPMENT BOND (STUDEBAKER), the sum of $0.0432 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. For REDEVELOPMENT BOND (COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME), the sum of $0.0884 on each one hundred dollars of Taxable Property. Section II.
