ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND
WILLARD H. MYERS, INCORPORATED FOR SANDBLASTING,
TUCKPOINTING AND CAULKING OF NORTH PUMPING STA-
TION IN THE SUM OF $9,950.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the
Water Works of the City of South Bend and Willard H. Myers, Incor-
porated on the 22nd day of August, 1966 for sandblasting, tuck -
pointing and caulking of North Pumping Station in the sum of
$9,950.00 is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
