The SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY further hereby certifies that it is in compliance with all covenants concerning the payment and discharge of all lawful taxes, charges and assessments levied or assessed upon or against the Project or any part thereof, and such related covenants contained in the Trust Agreements concerning the Project.
