AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT
NO. L -252 (REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT)
IN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now
necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the
annual budget for the various functions of City government to
meet such extraordinary emergencies, therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That for additional expenses incidental to the
Engineering Department there is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund to Account No. L -252, Repairs of Equipment, the
sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval
by the Mayor, legal publication and the fulfillment of all
statutory requirements for emergency appropriations.
