ORDINANCE NO.-
AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
TO ACCOUNT F -213, "TRAVELING EXPENSES ", IN THE
AMOUNT OF $600.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE
SAME FROM ACCOUNT F -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL7°,
ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
he adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now
ecessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the
,'annual budget for the various functions of city government to
meet such extraordinary conditions; and,
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend
Common Council for traveling expenses to assure its ability to
properly perform its functions, and,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the sum of $600.00 be transferred from
Account F -11, "Services Personal ", and transferred and appropriated
to Account F -213, "Traveling Expenses ", both accounts being within
the General Fund.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by
the Mayor, legal publication and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements of emergency appropriations.
