ORDINANCE NO. 4871 -66 AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR OF 1967., AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1.
