AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER
WORKS AND EUGENE E. HUGHES, D /B /A
HUGHES AND CLARK, DECORATORS FOR
THE PAINTING OF THE 250,000 GALLON
ELEVATED STEEL WATER STORAGE TANK
ON SOUTH FELLOW STREET, SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA AND IN THE SUM OF $4,280.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between
the South Bend City Water Works and Eugene E. Hughes,
d /b /a Hughes and Clark, on the 9th day of May, 1967
for the painting of the 250,000 gallon elevated steel
water storage tank on South Fellow Street, South Bend,
Indiana in the sum of $4,280.00 is hereby approved
and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval
by the Mayor. /T
