ORDINANCE NO. 4920 -67
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 40 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, 1962, AS AMENDED, ALSO KNOWN AS
ORDINANCE NO. 3702, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Section 40 of the Municipal Code of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, 1962, as amended, also known as Ordinance
No. 3702, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to wit:
That the following real estate situated in the City of
South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast
one quarter of Section 31, T37N, R3E; thence South ,
00°20'30" East 1,237.25 feet along the west line of
the NE 1/4 of Section 31, said line also being the centerline
of York Road; thence due East 165 feet to the point of
beginning, also being the Northwest corner of this tract
of land herein described; thence South along the present
City limits on a line parallel to and 165 feet East
of the centerline of York Road a distance of 1135 feet;
thence due West a distance of 165 feet to the centerline
York Road; thence South along the centerline of York
Road a distance of 300 feet; thence North 890 12' 39"
East 1,318.91 feet; thence North 000 22' 24" West 1,418.47
feet; thence South 890 55' 40" West 1,152.30 feet to the
point of beginning.

Section 2•
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and legal publication.
