ORDINANCE NO. 4919-67 CITY BEND, IND.
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES,
PAYABLE FROM THE GENERAL FUND, FOR
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO BE
ELECTED FOR THE TERM COMMENCING JANUARY
1, 1968 AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE
SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT,AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the following annual salaries, payable from
the General Fund, are hereby fixed for the
following elective officers of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, effective for the term
commencing January 1, 1968, and continuing
during their elective term of office.
Mayor.... ..............................$ 25.000
City Clerk ..................... ......$12.000
City Judge ..... ........................$12.000
Members of the Common Council(each) .... $ 2;4eo
SECTION II: The Clerk is ordered and directed to publish this
Ordinance twice in a newspaper of general circulation
in the English language, in this City, the first of
which publications shall be at least 30 days prior
to the date of the passage of this Ordinance.
