ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE

N0. 3702 as HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED AND THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CHAPTER 40, ET SEQ.,
AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
BY ORDINANCE NO. 4608 -63
Indiana:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
SECTION I. That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 as heretofore amended
and supplemented and the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana, Chapter 40,
et seq., as heretofore amended and supplemented be and the same is hereby
amended and supplemented by zoning as C -1 Commercial and C Height and Area
District the following described property:
Lot Numbered Twenty -three (23) EXCEPTING a strip of land
11 feet in width, taken off of and from the entire East
side of said lot; also all of Lots Numbered Twenty -four
(24), Twenty -five (25) and Twenty -six (26), all as shown
on the recorded Plat of Leeper's Second Addition to the
City of South Bend recorded in Plat Book 11, page 153;
also all of Lots Numbered Twenty -seven (27), Twenty -eight
(28), Twenty -nine (29) and Thirty (30), EXCEPTING a strip
of land 3 feet in width, taken off of and from the entire
East side of Lot Numbered 30, all as shown on the Revised
Plat of Lots Numbered Twenty -seven (27) to Thirty -three
(33), both inclusive, in Leeper's Second Addition to the
City of South Bend recorded in Plat Book 14, page L; also
vacated alley North of Pokagon Street from Michigan Street
to alley West of Michigan Street, and vacated alley West
of Michigan Street from Pokagon Street to Angela Avenue.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
approval by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and legal publication.
