AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, AND THE CHAMPION CORPORATIO
HAMMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
SEWER RODDER MOUNTED ON A TRUCK IN THE SUM
OF $7,639.29.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and the Champion
Corporation, Hammond, Indiana, on the 19th day of June, 1967, for
the purchase of a dual system hydraulic power sewer rodder and
1,000 feet of steel rod mounted on a Chevrolet truck to be supplied
by L. 0. Gates, Incorporation, South Bend, Indiana, in the sum of
$7,639.29, is hereby approved and confirmed,
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
