AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA AND OFFICE ENGINEERS, INCORPORATED
FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN OZALID DRY PRINTING
AND DEVELOPING MACHINE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$3,227.50
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water
Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Office Engineers,
Incorporated on the 16th day of January, 1967 for the furnishing
of one Ozalid Model 420 Stream Liner dry printing and developing
machine installed, including wiring and venting in the total
sum of $3,227.50 is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
