AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER IN A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND AND B & G CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
INCORPORATED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF FLUORI-
DATION FACILITIES AT PINHOOK PARK PUMPING
STATION IN THE SUM OF $11,385.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That a Change Order in the sum of $11,385.00 be
made for the installation of fluoridation facilities at Pinhook
Pari< Pumping Station in the Contract entered into between the
Water Works of the City of South Bend and B & G Construction Com-
pany, Incorporated, which Contract was entered into on the 12th
day of July, 1965 in the total sum of $545,604.00 for the instal-
lation of filtration equipment at the Pinhook Park Pumping Pumping
Station.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
