AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND E. J.
WHITE, INCORPORATED FOR INSTALLATION OF FLUORI-
DATION FACILITIES AT NORTH STATION, OLIVER STA-
TION, SOUTH STATION AND AIRPORT STATION IN THE
SUM OF $32,845.00. 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the
Water Works of the City of South Bend and E. J. White, Incorpora-
ted on the 6th day of September, 1966 for the installation of
fluoridation facilities at the North Station, Oliver Station,
South Station and Airport Station in the total sum of $32,845.00
is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
