AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND
HERSEY - SPARLING METER COMPANY FOR THE FURNISH-
ING OF A 12 -INCH TURBINE TYPE WATER METER IN
THE SUM OF $3,057.95.
BE I;T ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA-
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the
Water Works of the City of South Bend and Hersey - Sparling Meter
Company on the 12th day of September, 1966 for the furnishing of
a 12 -inch Turbine Type Water Meter in the total sum of $3,057.95
is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
