AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
$29,268.36 FROM THE SOUTH BEND APW INDIANA
1G FUND AND $7,639.72 FROM THE SOUTH BEND
APW INDIANA 3G FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
WHEREAS, the purposes for which the South Bend APW Indiana
1G and 3G funds were established have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, there are balances remaining in said funds which
are unencumbered and uncommitted; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the following sums of money be and are
hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
1. $29,268.36 from the South Bend APW Indiana 1G Fund.
2. $7,639.72 from the South Bend APW Indiana 3G Fund.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor, legal publication and the fulfillment
of all statutory requirements of emergency appropriations.
