ORDINANCE NO. 4952 -67
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA AND TONN AND BLANK, INC.
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STEEL BUILDING
AT THE SOUTH BEND WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT IN THE SUM OF $4,426.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Waste-
water Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana and
Tonn and Blank, Inc. on the 27th day of September, 1967 for
the construction of a self - framing steel building 24 feet
wide by 36 feet long by 10 feet high at the South Bend Waste-
water Treatment Plant in the sum of $4,426.00 is hereby approved
and confirmed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
