AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TO ACCOUNT 21
"COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPORTATION" IN THE AMOUNT OF $76.00

"RENTS ", 4J31r BEING WITHIN THE HUMAN RELATIONS AND FAIR
EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND., AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for
the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary
conditions; and,
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Human Relations and
Fair Employment Practices Commission to render final payment for telephone
service and for subscriptions to assure the department's ability to
properly perform its functions; now, therefore,
BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I.

That the sum of �/ be transferred from Account 52, "Rents ",
and transferred and appropriated to the following accounts:
a. Account 21 "Communication and Transportation" the sum
of $76.00, and
b *eeeneer o4 00.
All of the above accounts are within the Human Relations and
Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor, legal
publication and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements of emergency
appropriations.
