ORDINANCE NO. 4972 -68
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, AND GATES CHEVROLET CORP., SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 25,000 LB. CAB AND
CHASSIS IN THE SUM OF $3,961.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM1%40N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Waste-
water Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and
Gates Chevrolet Corp., South Bend, Indiana, on the 2nd day of
January, 1968, for the purchase of a 25,000 lb. Cab and Chassis
in the sum of $3,961.00, to be supplied by Gates Chevrolet Corp.,
South Bend, Indiana, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
