ORDINANCE NO. 4971 -68
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, AND INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CO. INC.,
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 25,000
LB. DUMP TRUCK IN THE SUM OF $5,085.14.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Waste-
water Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and
International Harvester Co. Inc., South Bend, Indiana, on the
2nd day of January, 1968, for the purchase of a 25,000 lb.
Dump Truck in the sum of $5,085.14, to be supplied by Interna.tion
Harvester Co. Inc., South Bend, Indiana, is hereby approved and
confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
I rom and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
