AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND DWYER EQUIPMENT CO., SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE 130" BODY
W /VALVE OPERATOR INSTALLED IN THE SUM OF
P1,888.00 AND ONE 148" BODY IN THE SUM OF
2,043.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Water
V10rks of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Dwyer Equipment
Co., South Bend, Indiana on the 2nd day of January, 1968, for the
purchase of one 1) 130" Body W /valve operator installed, in
the sum of $1,88 .00, and one (1) 148" body in the sum of
$2,043.00, to be supplied by Dwyer Equipment Co., South Bend,
Indiana., is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
