AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE MATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND GATES CHEVROLET CORP., SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE
FOLLOWING: ONE (1) 3/4 TON PICKUP TRUCK
IN THE SUM OF $1,915.00, ONE (1) 25,000 LB.
CAB AND CHASSIS IN THE SUM OF $3,960.00,
AND ONE (1) 25,000 LB. CAB AND CHASSIS IN
THE SUM OF $3,990.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Water
Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Gates Chevrolet
Corp., South Bend, Indiana, on the 2nd day of January, 1968,
for the purchase of the following:
One - 3/4 ton pickup
One - 25,000 Lb. Cab
One - 25,000 Lb. Cab
truck in the sum of $1,915.00
and Chassis in the sum of ,960.00
and Chassis in the sum of4 ,990.00
to be supplied by Gates Chevrolet Corp., South Bend, Indiana, is
hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
