AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND JORDAN'S FORD CITY, INC.,
MISHAdAKA, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
4 -DOOR SEDAN IN THE SUM OF $1,781.67.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Water
4Torks of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Jordan's Ford
City, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, on the 2nd day of January, 1968,
for the purchase of a 4 -door sedan to be supplied b Jordan's
Ford City, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, in the sum of y$1,781.67,
is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
irom and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
