BLOLi SOUTH WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various .,#unctions of City government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Judge's Office to pay for subscriptions and dues to assure the department's ability to properly perform its functions. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $150.00 be transferred from Account E -21, "Communication and Transportation ", and transferred and appropriated to Aceount E -55, "Subscriptions and Dues ". SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor, legal publication and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements of emergency appropriations. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Chairman
