ORDINANCE NO. 4944-67
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
AND GATES CHEVROLET CORP., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 1968 CHEVROLET CHASSIS
AND CAB IN THE SUM OF $4,778.11.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water
Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Gates Chevrolet
Corp., South Bend, Indiana on the 3rd day of October, 1967 for
the purchase of a 1968 Chevrolet Series CE51703 chassis and
cab, 19,500 lb. GVW in the sum of $4,778.11 is hereby approved
and confirmed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
