ORDINANCE NO. 4953_67
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
AND STANLEY BODY & EQUIPMENT CORP., SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA FOR THE PURCHASE OF A STAHL MODEL CON-
STRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE BODY IN THE SUM OF
$4,343.90.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water
Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Stanley Body &
Equipment Corp., South Bend, Indiana on the 3rd day of October,
1967 for the purchase of a Stahl Model 500 -168 heavy -duty line
construction and maintenance body with crew compartment to be
mounted on a chassis in the sum of $4,343.90 is hereby approved
and confirmed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
