An Ordinance Affecting the Zoning of Approximately 2.8 Acres of
Land, 262.5 feet East and West by 448 feet North and South lying
approximately 290 feet from the West line of Ironwood Drive, and
172 feet North of the North line of Edison Road, in the City of
South Bend, Indiana.

An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing
Ordinance 4990
(Chapter 40 Municipal Code)
Of The City of South Bend, Indiana
Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana that:
Section 1 - Section 2 of Ordinance 4990 (Chapter 40 -14
Municipal Code) of South Bend (formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702) be
and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed to pro-
vide that the following described real estate located in the City
of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:

Beginning at a point (330) feet West and (+3-k)
feet North of the Southeast corner of the South-
east Quarter of Section 31, Township 38 North,
Range 3 East; thence North (448) feet, more or
less; thence West (262.5) feet to the East line
of Rosemary Lane; thence South along said East line
of Rosemary Lane (448) feet more or less, to a
point (212) feet North of the South line of the
said Southeast Quarter; thence East parallel
with the said South line of the said Southeast
quarter (262.5) feet to the place of beginning.
Also known as Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of BuSby's
First Addition.

classification of "A" Residence District to "B" Residence District,
subject to the site development plan as submitted with the petition
to amend the zoning ordinance as filed by Frances H. Buzby.
