An ORDINANCE NO. 4997 -68 n Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: Section 1- Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana (South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 4990) be, and the same is hereby amended, supplemented and changed in Section 40 -14 and Section 40 -24 thereof to provide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to wit: Lots Numbered 5 and 6 as shown on the recorded plat of Adam S. Baker's First Addition to the City of South Bend, together with an alley approximately 14' in width running North and South and adjacent to the East line of Lot Numbered 6 as shown on the recorded plat of Adam S. Baker's First Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District regulation classification from "B" Residential District to "D" Light Industrial District, and from "B "Height and Area District to "E" Height and Area District subject to and in accordance with the site development plan as submitted with the petition to amend, as filed by Ruth Lonstrom, Stella Hunt, Hildegarde Warsko, Gladys M. Edwards and the St. Vincent DeFaul Salvage Bureau, Inc. Section 2- This ordinance is to be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, the approval of the Mayor, and its publication according to law.
