ORDINANCE NO. 4991 -68
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
AND PATTEN INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED, HAMMOND,
INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN INDUSTRIAL TRAC-
TOR WITH BACKHOE IN THE SUM OF $113197.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Water Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Patten Industries, Incorpora-
ted, Hammond, Indiana, on the 7th day of February, 1968, for the
purchase of an industrial tractor with backhoe to be supplied by
Patten Industries, Incorporated, Hammond, Indiana, in the sum of
$11,197 is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
