AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTINSITY CLERK, -'OM BMD, IND.
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be, and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing
the zoning classification of Lots Numbered 87 and 88, South
Bend Industrial Addition, in the City of South Bend, County of
St. Joseph, State of Indiana, situated on the West side of
South Phillipa Street, in the 1600 Block, between West Indiana
Avenue and West Dubail Avenue, from "B" Residential, "A"
Height and Area District, to "D" Light Industrial, "A" Height
and Area District;
Section 2•
This Ordinance shall bein full force and effect from and
after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publica-
tion.

Gentlemen:
The attached rezoning petition of Arthur Demby was legally
advertised under date of February 10 and 17 and given
public hearing on February 20, 1968. The following action
was taken:
After due consideration it was moved,
seconded and unanimously carried that
the ordinance and site development plan
be recommended favorably to the Common
Council.
The attached excerpts from the minutes of the meeting are
hereby attached and made a part of this report.
