ORDINANCE NO. 4987 -68
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
$1,077.55 FROM THE SANITATION FUND TO THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA.
WHEREAS, the purpose for which the Sanitation Fund
was established has been completed; and,
WHEREAS, there is a balance remaining in said fund
which is unencumbered and uncommitteed; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the following sum of money be and is
hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
1. $1,077.55 from the Sanitation Fund
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
its approval by the Mayor.
