AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT U -215,
"SERVICES CONTRACTUAL" IN THE
RtIOUNT OF $4,000.00 AND THE TRANS-
FER OF SAID SUTA FRM /1 ACCOUNT U -11,
"SERVICES PERSONAL" IN THE T7UNICI-
PAL SERVICES FACILITY, ALL BEING
WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CONAON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
SECTION I. That the sum of $4,000.00 be transferred from account U -11,

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
