ORDINANCE NO. 5006 -68
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDERED by the Common Council of South Bend,
Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance passed and
adopted by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend on the 13th day of June, 1949, as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real estate
in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Lots
Numbered 18 and 19 as shown on the recorded Plat
of Sommer's Addition to South Bend be and the same
is hereby rezoned "C" Commercial Use District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and adoption
by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
after its approval by the Mayor of the City of South
Bend and legal publication.
