AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS, GENERALLY ICN069N AS
CREST LIANOR, SECTION DINE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CC19AON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That the following described property in St, Joseph County, State of Indiana,
being contiguous to the present Southeasterly City Limits, is hereby annexed to and
brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Part of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Tovm-
ship 37 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Northwest One Quarter of said Section
31, Township 37 North, Range 3 East; thence Southerly along the North -South
centerline of said Section 31, 2371.72 feet to the Point of Beginning: thence

the arc of a curve concave to the Northeast, having a -radius of 500.00 feet,

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment,
approval by the P.?ayor, and legal publication.
