Agenda: Bill 69 -13 Amend Code /Reporting for Scrap Dealers
Chairman Derek Dieter with full Health and Public Safety Committee present opened and promptly
closed the hearing on bill 69 -13, stating it was to be continued until the next meeting on January 27t'
This bill is being drafted to update scrap licensed dealers reporting requirements adding an electronic
component. Derek said the implementation of the reporting protocol was a work in progress.
The motion to continue was made by Tim Scott, seconded by Dr. Ferlic and affirmed by all.
Derek Dieter adjourned the meeting at 4:02 P.M.
