Drive and approximately 172 feet North of Edison Road, in St.
Joseph County, Indiana.
ORDINANCE NO. 5039 -68
An Ordinance Annexing Territory To The
Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana
Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana that:
be and the same hereby is annexed as a part of the Municipal City
of South Bend, Indiana.
Section 2 - This Ordinance is to be in full force
and effect from and after its enactment, the approval of the
Mayor, and its publication according to 1

Section 1 - The following described land, lying
adjacent to
and forming a contiguous boundary with the present
City limits
of the municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, lying
in the Southeast quarter of Section 31, Township 38 North, Range
3 East in St. Joseph County, more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point (330) feet West of the
Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 31, Township 38 North, Range 3 East;
thence North (661) feet, more or less; thence
West (262.5) feet to the East line of Rosemary
Lane; thence South along said East line of
Rosemary Lane (448) feet more or less, to a
point (212) feet North of the South line of the
said Southeast Quarter; thence East parallel
with the said South line of the said Southeast
