ORDINANCE NUMBER 5021 -68
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 4608 -63
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That Chapter 40 of Ordinance Number
4608 -63, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, on the 14th day of October, 1963, and commonly
known as the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana, be and
the same is hereby amended as follows, to wit:
That the zoning of the following described real
estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and
described as follows:
Lots Number Thirty -Nine (39), Forty (40), Forty -One
(41), and Forty -Two (42), comprising a total of
four lots on the Plat of Westchester Addition, First
Unit, located in the City of South. Bend, St. Joseph
County, Indiana, the said Plat being dated August
1929 and having been recorded on September 4, 1929,
in Plat Book Thirteen (13) at page 66 in the Records
of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
and more particularly located for the purpose
