AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA AND THE E. L. ZIMMERMAN COMPANY, INCOR-
PORATED, MISHAWAKA, INDIANA, FOR THE INSTALLA-
TION OF SLUDGE PUMPS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$17,694.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater Treat -
ment Plant of South Bend, Indiana, and the E. L. Zimmerman Company, In-
corporated, Mishawaka, Indiana, on the 27th day of May, 1968, pursuant
to advertising and receipt of bids, for the installation of sludge pumps
on Wastewater Treatment Plant property in the sum of $17,694.00, is
hereby approved and confirmed.
II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
is adoption and approval by the Mayor.
