ORDINANCE; NO. 5017 -68
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA AND WOODRUFF & SONS, INCORPORATED,
MICHIGAN CITY, INDIANA, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SLUDGE LAGOONS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$89,199.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater Treat -
ment Plant of South Bend, Indiana„ and Woodruff & Sons, Incorporated,
Michigan City, Indiana, on the 27th day of May, 1968, pursuant to adver-
tising and receipt of bids, for the construction of sludge lagoons on
Wastewater Treatment Plant property in the sum of $89,199.00, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
