AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING A Ca&ffJNITY ACTION
AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CalFLON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That Action, Inc., a private non - profit corporation is
hereby designated the Community Action Agency for the City of South
Bend, Indiana, to administer the anti poverty programs provided for
in the Economic Opportunity Act 1964, as amended,
SECTION II, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Niayor,
