SECTION I
ORDINANCE N0, 5030 -68
AN ORDINANCE 9,ENDING CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE I.
OF THE SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, MUNICIPAL CODE,
1962, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COt1N..ON COUNCIL OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
All of Chapter 20, Article I, except the number and title thereof,
is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in place thereof. The 1964
as amended, 1966 -1967, and
edition of "BOCA Basic Housing Code'/ as promulgated by the Building Officials
Conference of America, Inc,, four copies of which are on file with the City
Clerk and thereby made available for public scrutiny, is hereby adopted as
the official housing code of the City except for such changes, additions and
deletions as specified in to . herein.
SECTION II
Section H -102.1 shall be deleted entirely without substitution.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval of the Mayor and legal publication.
